For this project, we poured a concrete base, then covered with slate. A stacked stone wall at the end of the patio is just high enough so folks can sit on it.
For this masonry project, a homeowner needed a new walkway design leading to the front door. We poured a raised concrete base, and covered it with slate. It took about 3 days to complete the walkway.
